Bradford Smith
Brad is a cofounder and Managing Partner of High Divide Management, and has 14 years of experience in asset management, assisting hundreds of funds in varying operational capacities. Before HDM, Brad was a Partner at Standish Management, a leading fund administrator in the private equity industry, where he built and led the Pacific Northwest market. Brad has worked with funds ranging from 10M to 5B AUM, with a focus on venture capital, growth equity, and buy-out strategies. Throughout his career, he has maintained a relentless passion for building business through meaningful relationships, vocational excellence, and dedication to his team. Before Standish, he served in PwC’s audit and assurance practice in Seattle with a focus on alternative funds (VC, growth equity, hedge, real estate, and fund-of-funds).

Jack O'Flaherty
Jack is a cofounder and Managing Partner of High Divide Management, and has 12 years of experience in asset management, specializing in private debt and real estate. Before HDM, Jack managed the financial reporting for various private debt funds and real estate funds at Columbia Pacific Advisors, a registered investment advisor in Seattle, and started his career as an auditor of alternative funds at PwC. Jack believes that proactive communication and project management lead to a quality of service that will speak for itself and that there is plenty of room in business for both kindness and success. He has onboarded dozens of funds and investment vehicles to the HDM platform over the years and spends most of his time working and consulting with emerging and established fund managers that invest and lend in the real estate space. Jack contributes articles regularly to the American Association of Private Lenders magazine, where is he is also on the education committee.

Stone Connell
Stone Connell is a Managing Partner at High Divide Management, bringing extensive expertise in finance, operations, and strategic leadership to the firm. Prior to joining HDM, Stone served as the CFO for JAZZ Venture Partners, where he led the design and oversight of the firm's finance, accounting, and operational functions. He assisted in the scaling of the firm from $120M to $1B AUM across several multi-stage entities. His earlier experience includes time as the Director of Finance for Biomatics Capital, a life sciences venture capital firm, as well as with Standish Management, where he provided fund administration services to a diverse clientele across the alternative investment industry. Stone began his career at PwC as an auditor within the asset management line of service, providing audit and consulting services to clients ranging from large hedge funds to private equity managers in the Seattle market. Outside of work, you’ll find Stone outdoors with his family hiking, skiing, running, or exploring outdoors. He is also an avid sports fan and always enjoys going to a local game.

Tom Wyatt
Tom is cofounder and Managing Director of High Divide Management. Before HDM, Tom served as a Senior Manager at Standish Management providing fund administration and consulting services to venture capital and private equity firms. Tom has served as the lead to firms with 8M to 80B in AUM in sectors from Real Estate, SaaS to Life Sciences. Tom started his accounting career with the Make-A-Wish Foundation before joining PwC for 7 years and departing as a Manager in the Asset Management Assurance practice.
